Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 days of the order, if not on the same day of placement

Deliveries are made throughout the week except Tuesdays. In case of a sudden high volume of orders, a delay of 1 day is to be expected. Any delays in delivery will be communicated

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We are using Pathao and REDX courier for delivery.

 *Fragile delivery is provided through special courier and is limited to certain areas. 

Shipment confirmation and Order tracking

A tracking information will be provided as soon as an order has been processed. Clients may opt in or opt out from receiving tracking information.

Damages

Home and Beyond is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please check our Return and Refund Policy for further details

Payment methods

We provide cash on delivery services, as well as payment through Credit card and online wallet.
